Every CDE team member is so dedicated that it has been very tough to select the winner for the latest CDE Excellence Award.
TK Mondal (Dy. Manager - Product Development) and Harilal Yadav (Supervisor) were announced as the latest winners of the Excellence award.
TK received the award for his successful efforts in taking the lead and being instrumental in developing Xtril liner technology for CDE cyclones. The liners has been successfully implemented in Adhunik project and have already delivered 4 times more life than standard rubber linings.
Harilal proved his mettle at Adhunik site by taking lead in completing and operating the project in most severe conditions. Harilal has not even received formal education in engineering but has the natural talent to perform installation & commissioning tasks with great efficiencies. He is a great hand at Project sites.
