Atrofeed

This unit is designed to provide the necessary attrition to clay bound material and involves using a very high pressure jet of water, which at the point of impact with the feed material provides enough attrition to remove the clay.

Specifically designed for dust washing operations the AtroFeed also reduces the space required to accomodate a full plant as it eliminates the need for a feed conveyor between the hopper and primary stage classification system.

The AtroFeed is an alternative delivery system, transferring the material to the first stage of the washing process via a powerful water jet instead of a conveyor. This type of system is particularly popular when site space is restricted or when the material is heavily clay bound. In the case of heavily clay bound material the AtroFeed acts as the first stage of attrition reducing the Rotomax logwasher requirements.
