Key Benefits

  • Range of models available to suit a variety of capacity requirements.
  • Integrated belt feeder mechanism allows for the efficient transfer of feed material to the discharge system, reducing spillage and ultimately increasing production.
  • Skirting rubbers around the entire base if the hopper further reduce spillage and have a positive impact on production levels.
  • Extensive use of rubber lining in key areas for maximum wear resistance and longer product life, thus reducing repair and maintenance costs
  • Modular sections can be added to the base hopper to increase capacity, ensuring the unit retains the flexibility to accommodate changes to capacity requirements over time.
  • Localised grease points ensure the maintenance regime is as time efficient as possible while also reducing the risk of necessary maintenance being completed incorrectly.
  • Health & Safety Guards designed to be easy to remove and replace by one person, thus reducing the time spent on maintenance and ensuring maximum plant running time.
  • All transfer points with other equipment from the CDE range designed to ensure the efficient transition of material, minimising spillage and therefore maximising production.
