CDE's Continued Committment to Environmental Preservation ...
9th October 2008

CDE the Co Tyrone based company who specialise in the design and manufacture of customised equipment for quarrying, recycling and waste management industries show their continued support to environmental preservation by exhibiting at the QPANI Environmental Conference which took place in the Glenavon House Hotel, Cookstown on Wednesday 1 st October 2008.
CDE are committed to the protection and preservation of the environment in all aspects of their operations; production, distribution and the overall performance of their equipment. CDE products are designed with efficiency as the central focus – ensuring they deliver the best results for their customers, while also limiting the use of natural resources to an absolute minimum.
The conference covered different areas in which the industry currently face challenges including water management and recycling. Delegates at the event included leading industry experts, government representatives and representatives from across the Northern Ireland quarrying industry.
A key theme running throughout the day was about how environmental performance and working within legal requirements is now a top priority for the Quarry Products Industry and this is echoed by CDE’s Design Manager, Brian McCullough who comments;
“ Rather than seeing our environmental responsibility as a simple commitment to meet legislative environmental standards, we seek to exceed requirements in everything we do. CDE is founded on the basis of constant innovation of our products and services in order to ensure that we assist our customers to reduce the impact of their operations on the environment, while also ensuring that our activities have negligible environmental impact.”
