CDE Global will be hosting the Technical Evening organised by the Insitute of Quarrying Scotland branch in March 2011 and will be presenting details of the M2500 mobile washing plant and how it can assist operators in the production of high quality sand and aggregate products from a compact system on a single chassis. The M2500 includes feeding, screening, sand washing and stockpiling on one unit and there are various models within the range allowing for a total capacity of up to 250 tonnes per hour with 120 tonnes per hour sand production possible. Operators can also choose between the production of one or two sand products depending on the requirements of their customers.
In the majority of cases where the M2500 has been specified an Aquacycle thickener is also included to allow operators to minimise the space required for the storage of waste while also ensuring their new washing plant has minimal environmental impact. The Aquacycle thickener allows for the recycling of up to 90% of the water used during the washing process and the CDE presentation will include details of the major features and benefits of this system for those involved in the processing of a variety of materials including sand and gravel, crushed rock and construction and demolition waste material.
The presentation will also include a detailed case study on a recently completed project in Scotland where the M2500 was specified.
