| Yorkshire Aggregates are one of the most prominent names in the
construction products and recycling industry in the North of England
with a number of branches to the business. |
“One of the key things on our shopping list was a plant customised to deal with our specific issues. We had tried the off the shelf option and it just didn't work for us. CDE spent a lot of time analysing our material in the first instance and making adjustments to their set up to ensure that the plant delivers the products we require and most importantly, improves the quality of our final products.Another key advantage of the CDE plant is the modular nature of the system. This new plant is able to accommodate any future changes in requirements whether they relate to capacity or final product specification. This gives us comfort that the new plant provides us with a long term processing solution. Not only are we now able to effectively process material that we were previously unable to handle, but we have also seen the final value of our products increase across the board.” |

was very clear that they as a company have invested a lot of time into
conducting detailed research of the market and how the current problems
can be addressed. They were able to show us that their washing system
was the correct solution. Our experience to date with this plant proves
that the technology they provide offers significant advantages for those
operating sinter and DRI plants.” |

“CDE are currently installing a Sand and Gravel processing plant at one
of our sites in Scotland, the plant is due to be commissioned in July
08.Prior to awarding an order with CDE ltd, myself and other colleagues visited some of their installations and were impressed with the design, quality, flexibility and performance of the plant. We compared the CDE product to others in the industry and after a detailed adjudication decided to place the contract with them.
Throughout the tendering process we found CDE to be professional and responsive, they impressed us with their commitment and were prepared to guarantee that their plant would meet the production requirements. During the final design phase our engineers and CDE's engineers met to ensure that the plant layout and access was optimised, we found this to be very beneficial. The plant is currently being installed, the works are being carried out by sub-contractors however all aspects of the works are being controlled by CDE site supervisors. A high standard of Health and Safety Management is being maintained and the installation timetable is in line with as agreed." |

“I would like to out on record how happy we are with both the plant and
CDE. All in all it has been a good experience dealing with a
professional company and the product is excellent.”
|
"The willingness of the CDE team to enter into the production of a performance statement demonstrated a confidence in their technology which automatically gave us more confidence that the plant would do what it says on the tin. In our experience it is also extremely unusual for a company to do this, especially when dealing with construction and demolition waste material as a result of the variations in feed. Since final commissioning of the plant the products are meeting the specifications as laid down in the performance statement drafted at the outset of the project. This consistency allows us to command the best commercial value for our products while also allowing us to give our customers the comfort that material will be delivered in-spec. This can only lead to the development of stronger relationships with our customers which will make our business stronger going forward."
