After Care Program

CDE’s After-Sales department is committed to minimising client downtime through the provision of the following post commissioning services:

  • A thorough ‘Preventive Maintenance Programme’ with varying degrees of occurrence depending on individual plant requirements.
    • Option of three occurrence levels
    • Experienced engineer with full knowledge of plant history
    • Full report generation with recommended further action
    • Competitive fixed annual cost
  • A dedicated ‘Parts and service centre’.
    • Stock of key wear items held for immediate despatch
    • Other items ordered direct from manufacturer for site delivery
  • Priority response to non-operational customer plant through experienced service team.
  • Scheduled post-commissioning follow up to ensure expected output has been maintained.
