The 2018 edition of the iconic Hillhead exhibition draws ever closer, and with only 5-days to go until some 18,000 visitors descend on the Hillhead Quarry in Buxton, here are five reasons to make sure you put CDE on your list of exhibitors to visit over the 3-day event.

1. Discover The New AggMax 163SR
CDE is looking forward to launching the latest member of our AggMax range, the new AggMax 163SR. This AggMax 163SR has been designed to produce maximum scrubbing action at mid-range tonnages, bridging the gap between our popular AggMax 80 and 250 models. The AggMax 163SR incorporates patent-pending technologies which are unique to the C&D waste recycling sector, while the modular design also incorporates our patented Infinity Screen range. This latest addition allows for over 2,000 combinations in our AggMax range, providing uncompromised solutions to our customers.
2. A Connected Plant with CDE CORE
CDE will launch our new suite of smart technology solutions, CDE CORE at Hillhead. CDE CORE is an innovative range of technology solutions that enables CDE customers to increase plant efficiency and lower their operating costs. Consisting of 3 solutions - CORE 3D, CORE Workflow, and CORE SmartTech - CDE CORE ensures our customers have greater control over their plant, improved operational efficiency, easier to manage resources and assets, and ultimately make it easier for our customer's plants to operate. 3. Introducing the new Infinity Screen H2-60
After 2 years of intensive testing, the Infinity H2-60 is the latest model in the Infinity Screens range to be released, and it will be on display at Hillhead. The Infinity H2-60 can be used as a pre-screen or aggregate screen on the AggMax or as a stand-alone screen. Our patented Infinity Screen technology allows you to bring a range of inclined and horizontal sizing screens, dewatering screens and fine material screens to your plant.
4. Improved Water Management with the AquaCycle A900
2018 has seen the launch of the sixth product in the CDE AquaCycle thickener range, the AquaCycle A900. The A900 joins a very performant suite of CDE AquaCycle water management systems. Processing 900 m³/hour and with a sludge capacity of 45 tonnes per hour, it is intended to give clients looking for a median alternative to the A600 and A1500 models the opportunity to acquire a product that is just right for their wet processing needs and site footprint requirements.
The CDE AquaCycle water management system provides an efficient alternative to water extraction from natural sources by recycling up to 90% of processed water, ready for immediate re-use by the system. We will be displaying a model of the AquaCycle A900 at Hillhead and our team will be on hand to answer any questions you have.
5. Beer and Nachos
Join us on Wednesday 27th June at Hillhead for an afternoon of beer and nachos. From 4pm, the CDE team will be serving up tasty treats and refreshments, and with the weather currently forecast for a pleasant few days, this could be a welcome addition to the Buxton sun.
