Service & Support
Following installation and commissioning of a CDE system, the focus switches to ensuring optimum efficiency is maintained. We have a dedicated team of Service Engineers on the ground who are available to ensure plant performance is maintained at the optimum level.
We provide detailed Recommended Parts Lists (RPL) for all system installations. The RPL provides the customer with all the individual parts of their processing system and acts as an on-going point of reference when contacting the CustomCare Team for order and delivery of parts.
Warranties provided by CDE give customers complete confidence in their system and support throughout the lifetime of the machine.
